Universal Primary Care’s Olean health care services are available to individuals of all ages.  Our pediatric, adult and family providers provide comprehensive primary health care services.  We are also pleased to offer obstetric and gynecological care at our Olean site.   On-site ultrasound’s, first-trimester genetic screening, as well as non-stress testing, and fetal monitoring are also provided.  We are pleased to offer services to all who seek our care without regard to the ability to pay.  Our sliding fee scale and insurance enrollment are available at all locations.

📢 Important Patient Portal Information

We have recently received reports that some patients are being told that Universal Primary Care (UPC) has access to the hospital’s EPIC MyChart system.

To clarify, UPC does not utilize the EPIC MyChart patient portal and does not have access to messages sent through MyChart. Because we use a separate electronic health record (EHR) system, we also have a separate patient portal for communication with our office.

If you are a UPC patient and need to contact our team, please use the UPC patient portal (Healow) or call our office directly. Messages sent through the hospital’s MyChart system will not be received by UPC providers or staff.

We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any confusion this may have caused. If you have questions about accessing the UPC patient portal, please contact our office and we will be happy to assist you.
