For urgent – but not emergent – health care needs, call our offices at (716) 375-7500. Our telephone lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the health center is closed, your call will automatically be forwarded to an answering service and they will connect you to our on-call provider. Translation services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
988 connects people to the National Suicide Lifeline, and people can chat, text, or call to speak directly to a team of trained mental health professionals.
Universal Primary Care is proudly covered by the FTCA. The Federally Supported Health Centers Assistance Act of 1992 and 1995 granted medical malpractice liability protection through the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) to HRSA- supported health centers.
Under the Act, health centers are considered Federal employees and are immune from lawsuits, with the Federal government acting as their primary insurer.
