Clinical Services

UPC’s Behavioral Health Care Managers (BHCM) work with you and your Primary Care Provider in team-based treatment planning.  The goal of BHCM program is to help teach the skills and tools that reduce the negative impact depression and anxiety symptoms have on one’s life. BHCMs provide education, evidence based brief interventions, and linkage and referral to community-based services as indicated.

**Crisis situations requiring hospitalization or acute psychiatric evaluation for safety concerns are handled through the individual’s local hospital’s emergency services.
