Spam Alert

SPAM ALAERT

Universal Primary Care wanted to inform our patients that there appears to be spam alert occurring regarding surveys our patients are asked to complete.  While our organization, like others, has no control over or ways to stop phishing emails, we can educate our patients on what to look for.  What you need to know:
  1. You will be sent a survey link (photo below of what it looks like) a maximum of three (3) times.
  2. If you complete the survey, you will not be sent a link again.
  3. Universal Primary Care does not ask for ANY demographic information in our survey’s, and they are completely anonymous.
  4. If you receive a survey request that asks for your demographic information, you should assume this is spam and do not reply and delete the message.
  5. Hover over the link and be mindful of WHERE it is coming from.  Universal Primary Care generates surveys through Healow and our website should be listed with .net.  If the survey has a different site listed (example:  upchealth.com), it is not coming from us.
Thank you for your attention to this matter
